We can pick up parcels when we are fully loaded at the time of collecting, but the delivery service is available at the next collecting turn!
Storing is for free in this period!
You can place orders until 24 hours before the start of the collecting at the latest. We will give you a feedback in 24-48 hours after your successful order.
The date of the delivery is always the same date of the next collecting date in the destination country, so it usually means 7 – 10 days.
THE PRICE OF DELIVERY ALWAYS INCLUDES THE INSURANCE PREMIUM!
– The prices are relevant FROM HOUSE TO HOUSE in the territory of Ireland, Northern-Ireland and Hungary!
Passing through countries (the northeastern part of France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria) we can also fulfill your orders, as for these special prices, make a request for them!
LDD: Long Deadline Delivery:
You can send your parcels and items which have a minimum weight of 100 kg from one place to an other. Collecting and delivering it once, we can guarantee your package will be delivered in 35 days after collecting it. We recommend this kind of delivery service, if you don’t want to have your heavy, rarely used items delivered quickly. The price is relevant from house to house.

Transporting certain big, but light objects (for example: settee, sofa, furniture that can’t be disassembled), the price is based on the bulk. (see the tariff)
The prices are for the gross weight of the packages!
Please, make sure the items have the appropriate label attached before handing them on the first day of the collection!
Please, pack up the packages up to 25 kilos so they can be moved easily by the collegaues. If you can’t solve this, please call us beforehand. Thank you!
We don’t deliver flammable materials, excisable products (alcoholic drinks, tobacco), illegal materials, substances qualified as illegal drugs, toxic waste, poisonous or sickening substances and perishables. The sender is fully responsible for all the damages and problems derived from it.
We liaise an appointment with every customers at least 4 hours before arriving to the address!
