my parcels are packed correctly into strong cases. I can solely put clothes into doubled sacks or tote bags. I can use suitcases and plastic boxes, but these are like wrappings that can be hurt, because their task is to cover and protect their contents! I AM RESPONSIBLE for the damages because of the lack of wrappings. Structureless items (for example: toys) involve an additional charge of 30 Euro for every pieces!
